Booking the Library using your calendar

Teachers have the option to sign up for library access using Google Calendar. 

The following options are available:

To book access, log into your Google account and go to "Calendar." Click the create + button on the top left corner of your screen. In the "Untitled event field, type in your last name followed by period - abbreviated is fine. Choose the day/days you need access and type in the SPECIFIC and exact time of the period. 

It is important to choose the exact times you need along with the day/s FIRST, and then on the right side, you'll see an option for "Rooms." Click that button, and you'll see the option to choose BHS or McGee. Choose BHS and a drop down of options  appear. Once you've chosen which option you need, hit the red SAVE button. 

You'll see your name on the reservations calendar above once you REFRESH the page. Also,  check your email. If there was an error, you'll receive notification saying your request has been denied.
